| Housing Enrichment Capital Campaign
CPSH is concerned about the "enriching" aspects of housing. How do residents learn and stay engaged in the community? Residential managers are concerned about the safely, and cleanliness of their structures. Many service providers will not be contracted (by the individual's plan) for 24/7 care. There will be items that this housing will need to increase enrichment, but are not part of the budget of structure owner or individuals plan, but enhance the lives of the residents. Examples include computer lab, van, 3rd shift care, and entertainment center. We want enrichment in the lives of those ready to live independently with the help of support staff. CPSH is starting a Capital Fund to help with items not covered under these programs. These two projects are the just the beginning of many opportunities for more enriched housing in North Texas. The Capital Fund is an essential part of the enriched housing these adults need to lead their best lives.
