Mission
CPSH creates collaborations among community partners to provide enriched housing options for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities
in North Texas, regardless of IQ.

There are over 97,000 people with
intellectual and developmental disabilities
who have at least one independent living difficulty
and live in
Collin, Dallas, Denton, Ellis, Kaufman, Rockwall and Tarrant Counties.

CPSH exists to:
  • Show the need for more housing options
  • Create awareness of the need in the Public and Private Sectors
  • Work with Sectors to establish more residential options – safe,  clean, affordable, permanent, enriched housing options.
  • Raise funds to provide enriching activities in these residential developments.
CPSH is an all volunteer organization.
