We hope you will join Mayor Harry LaRosiliere in participating in the first-ever, community event designed to provide Plano families with access to free health screenings, fitness activities, access to social, municipal and educational programs, a job fair, and more.  While anyone may attend, Plano Families First is targeted to Plano families from underserved neighborhoods, Plano ISD students who are enrolled in the free and reduced lunch program, and others who will benefit from critical services.  The event includes such activities and services as free flu shots, a variety of free health screenings, free vision screenings along with free prescription eyeglasses for qualifying school-aged children, free book giveaways, a host of demonstrations and activities focusing on fitness and exercise, informational and interactive booths on educational services along with craft, entertainment, games, a free “Pumpkin Patch Photo” area., plus much more!
