If you have been evicted from a residence and have a current lease:

Emergency housing for a person with a diagnosed intellectual/developmental disability:

• Call 1-855-937-2372. Convey this is a housing emergency. They will direct you. Or

• Call your County Local Authority and say it’s a housing emergency. It may take persistence to get the person placed.

Non-Emergency housing for a person with a diagnosed intellectual/developmental disability:
