Bookmark this link! Goal: $14,000 Your donation will provide education and training to help adults with IDD and social challenges transition to more independent living. The education and training is also for family members to help with this transition. Your donation will support families in Collin, Dallas, Denton, Ellis, Kaufman, Rockwall, and Tarrant Counties. For every $25 transaction on the NTGD site, Communities Foundation of Texas will provide bonus funds. This year CPSH has at least $2,000 in challenge matching funds, donated anonymously. New donors to CPSH, with transactions on the NTGD site, will have their donations matched up to the total challenge matching funds. How wonderful would it be for parents to start a timely transition with their adults into the independent, safe, happy life that they are meant to have because of your generousity?
