Bookmark this link! Goal: $14,000 Your donation will provide education and training to help adults with IDD and social challenges transition to more independent living. The education and training is also for family members to help with this transition. Your donation will support families in Collin, Dallas, Denton, Ellis, Kaufman, Rockwall, and Tarrant Counties. For every $25 transaction on the NTGD site, Communities Foundation of Texas will provide bonus funds. This year CPSH has at least $2,000 in challenge matching funds, donated anonymously. New donors to CPSH, with transactions on the NTGD site, will have their donations matched up to the total challenge matching funds. Siblings and cousins worry about where their family members with IDD or social challenges will live in the future. You and CPSH can help the next generation by establishing a timely transition for children with IDD or social challenges into the independent, safe, happy life that they are meant to have. Please make a donation on September 17 so that you can be a part of a new future for those with limited choices in living arrangements. Thank you! |
