Have you thought about where you will live in the future? As people grow up, they may decide to live in different cities or different types of homes, such as apartments or houses. Some people want to live with friends rather than their parents.

You should be able to live anywhere you want to live.  You should also be able to get the help you need with tasks such as cooking or taking medicine.

CPSH wants to help you and your family find great homes, in your neighborhood, where you might want to live. CPSH wants to be sure you have the help you need to be more independent. Your family and CPSH want you to be safe and have a great life where you live more independently in the future.

You are very important to your family, friends, teachers and other people you know. Everyone wants you to have a great life in the home of your choice.
